This page provides all of the forms you need to initiate your do-it-yourself divorce in Wyoming.
Go to http://www.courts.state.wy.us/Documents/Forms/ProSe/DWCP/201407/DWCP04.pdf for a checklist of everything (or nearly everything in some cases) you need if you are filing for Divorce when you have children under 18 years of age and you and your spouse agree upon all issues of the Divorce. The forms that must be filed by your spouse in this case are the Answer to Complaint for Divorce (with Children), Confidential Financial Affidavit and the Decree of Divorce (with Children). Other forms your spouse may need to file based upon the situation are here http://www.courts.state.wy.us/Documents/Forms/ProSe/DWCD/201407/DWCD01.pdf. If there are some forms you still need because of a certain situation talk to your county clerk and he/she will let you know what you need. Note: Always make two (2) copies of each form since the county clerk will take the forms and you need a copy for you and your spouse. The forms that must be filled out first are: the Civil Cover Sheet, Vital Statistics Form, Complaint for Divorce (with Children), Summons, and Confidential Statement of the Parties for Child Support. You must also pay whatever the filing fee for starting the Divorce is to your county clerk.
Next your spouse needs to sign the original forms of the Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Service form and Summons and file them with the Court. Then you need to file a Confidential Financial Affidavit. You might have to file for an Affidavit for Divorce Without Appearance of Parties if neither you nor your spouse wants to appear in Court. The last forms that need to be filed are the Decree of Divorce (with Children), the Order for Income Withholding form, and the Income Withholding for Support form.
The forms needed for filing for Divorce when you and your spouse have no minor children and you agree on all issues are the Civil Cover Sheet, Vital Statistics Form, Complaint for Divorce, Summons, Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Service, Affidavit for Divorce Without Appearance of Parties, and the Decree of Divorce. Forms needed for other circumstances are here http://www.courts.state.wy.us/Documents/Forms/ProSe/DNCP/201407/DNCP01.pdf. The forms your spouse needs to fill out are the Answer to Complaint for Divorce, Decree of Divorce, and some forms contained in your packet. Here is a link to your spouse's packet with no minor children: http://www.courts.state.wy.us/Documents/Forms/ProSe/DNCD/201407/DNCD01.pdf.
